Saltillo, Coah.- The students of the American School participated in the competition held in Kentucky, United States, and got recognized for their great sportsmanship. At the end of April, Rubén López, Fernando Álvarez, Héctor Montemayor and Rodrigo Pepi, high school students at the American School of Saltillo, attended the VEX Robotics World Championship, they won the Sportsmanship Award. He said, above all, thanks to his parents who always encouraged them to go far in the VEX Robotics World Championship.
For his part, Fernando stressed that of all the Mexican teams in the different categories, there were only two prizes, one for the high school team of Mexico City and the other they got. Finally, Rodrigo Pepi emphasized that the Sportsmanship Award also serves "as a demonstration for the society that there can be a positive change".
